At LunaPatch Co., we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the personal-use nature of LunaPatch Lavender Night Patches, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the product has been opened or used.

If the product is unopened and still in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders returned without contacting us first

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, does not match its description, or does not meet consumer guarantees. Businesses cannot remove those rights with a store policy.
